The EPIC Roasthouse wine list will be assembled to create a wide variety of exceptional pairings with Chef Birnbaum's food and will benefit significantly from both Pat Kuleto and Birnbaum's longstanding personal relationships with Napa Valley vintners. The list will emphasize hard-to-find California Cabernet Sauvignons, Pinot Noirs from California and Oregon, and spectacular Burgundy and Bordeaux selections.
