
The menu features an inventive combination of traditional and contemporary dishes, showcasing everything from fish to fowl, and specializing in a variety of meats and steaks. Handmade cocktails, domestic and imported beers, and a well-selected wine list will complement the menu.
Signature offerings include aged, naturally-raised beef, Kobe beef, Carlton Ranch pork and lamb from proprietary sources, and a unique table-side aged prime rib service. All steaks will be presented aged and bone-in -- "Every steak will have a handle," in Birnbaum's parlance.
Epic Roasthouse menu selections, which will change frequently, will include: 28-day Aged Wood Oven Roasted Rib Eye for Two; The Ultimate of Ultimate ½ Pound Steakhouse Burger - Ground Daily with the Trimmings; Chanterelle Risotto with Crispy Pork Belly and Balsamic Pork Reduction; Wood Oven Roasted Kuleto Ranch Squab; and Spicy Rosemary Garlic Shrimp with Spicy Pork Rice.
